Job summary

Continental Automotive Group in Austin, TX seeks a Marketing Assistant to support in‑house marketing across digital platforms, websites, events, and compliance. This role offers hands‑on experience with branding and reputation management in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll help with content accuracy, vendor coordination, and staff bios while supporting multiple automotive brands and campaigns. Weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Marketing, communications, or related experience/education is a plus.
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Occasional weekend work for events.
• Comfortable with websites and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain employee bios and staff information across dealership websites.
• Make routine website updates and ensure content is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor online reviews and assist with reputation management.
• Conduct regular website audits for accuracy, functionality, branding, and compliance.
• Assist with advertising compliance submissions and documentation.
• Support dealership and company events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors on marketing projects.
• Assist the marketing team with day‑to‑day projects and special initiatives as needed.

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our in-house marketing team in Austin, Texas.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing and gain hands‑on experience across digital marketing, websites, reputation management, events, advertising compliance, and more. You’ll work alongside an experienced marketing team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting multiple automotive brands.

What You’ll Do

• Create, update, and maintain employee bios and staff information across dealership websites
• Make routine website updates and help ensure content is accurate and up to date
• Monitor online reviews and assist with reputation management
