Job summary

HDR is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support internal communications, coordinate meetings, and manage data across CRM and financial systems. You will help publish digital content that reflects HDR's brand and thought leadership while assisting proposal and marketing teams.

Based in the Greater Seattle area (Bellevue or Seattle), this full-time role offers hands-on engagement with HDR's brand elevation, social media campaigns, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with our Water Business Group.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet in person.

Responsibilities

• Support development of engaging internal communications content.
• Coordinate large internal meetings (in-person and virtual).
• Provide data entry for CRM and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards.
• Help maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems.
• Help arrange for professional photography on projects.
• Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status.
• Help recognize and celebrate pursuit successes and milestones.
• Help deconstruct and file proposal and presentation material upon submittal.
• Support development and publication of engaging digital content that reflects HDR's brand and elevates thought leadership.
• Support implementation of social media campaigns.
• Support implementation of strategies to elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associations.
• Support workload management of proposal managers and marketing coordinators.
