Job summary

Pharma Source Direct is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support strategic marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical wholesale space. You will craft compliant B2B content, manage LinkedIn and other channels, and help execute email campaigns and sales materials in collaboration with internal teams.

This role focuses on regulatory-aligned communication, website updates, and coordination of industry tradeshow activities while prioritizing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MailerLite, HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
• Understanding of LinkedIn and core digital marketing principles.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Genuine interest in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn and other B2B channels: draft content, schedule posts, and track performance metrics.
• Develop compliant content for email campaigns, websites, and sales materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Support targeted email marketing deployment and analyze campaign performance.
• Coordinate logistics for industry tradeshows, including inventory management, pre-show outreach, and post-show follow-ups.
• Assist with website administration, SEO efforts, and customer account management while ensuring regulatory compliance.
