Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a proactive marketing assistant to support social media, promotions, and in-store merchandising across our Kentucky stores. You will collaborate with store teams, create materials, and help plan events to drive customer engagement.

You should have a business marketing background, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Marketing or related field.
• Retail/merchandising or marketing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with eye for design, branding, visuals.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers: Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Canva and social media experience required.
• Strong understanding of social media, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and merchandising standards.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Travel between stores may be required.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
