Job summary

Country Ace Hardware is seeking creative merchandisers to design and maintain eye-catching displays, with a focus on holiday and seasonal merchandise and themed areas like Winter Wonderland.

You will assist customers, stay on top of trends, and collaborate with the team to keep displays stocked and visually appealing. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to grow within the company are offered.

This role focuses heavily on holiday merchandising (including our Winter Wonderland), then transitions into year-round gift and seasonal displays across the store.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Requires standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights

Pay & Benefits

• $19.00 – $23.00 per hour for full-time associates; starting at $17.00 per hour for high school students
