Job summary

Ace Hardware in Cordova, TN is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service on the sales floor. Help customers select products, keep shelves clean and stocked, process transactions at the POS, and support promotions and loyalty programs.

This role requires an upbeat team player with strong communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move merchandise up to 40 lbs.

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.
