We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & E‑Commerce Manager to lead and expand our marketing team, design and manage high‑impact dealer programs, and drive both brick‑and‑mortar and online sales growth. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives—ensuring seamless processes, measurable results, and an exceptional partner experience. You will also work closely with our outside sales representatives and dealers, providing program support and administrative assistance. The Marketing Program Administrator and Webmaster will report directly to this role.

This is a key leadership role focused on strengthening our brand, supporting sales growth, and enhancing the 2J Supply customer experience through strategic marketing and e-commerce efforts.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Marketing Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop marketing team members to support ongoing development and growth.
  • Optimize Marketing Processes: Strategize, develop, implement, and oversee processes to improve marketing workflows, campaign execution, and inter-departmental collaboration while using data to drive these decisions.
  • Content Creation and Management: Ideate, create, and design a variety of print collateral and digital content and ensure implementation through vendor partners, sales teams, and the 2J Supply Webmaster.
  • Manage Dealer Programs: Ensure the proper administration and usage of the Dealer Programs by customers and provide guidance on approved representation using brand standards.
  • Campaign and Project Management: Collaborate with sales and product teams to coordinate multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with objectives.
  • CO-OP Management: Ensure campaign timelines and brand standard requirements are met so that CO-OP funds are accurately submitted, tracked, and received from vendor partners and/or Rheem.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Monitor the marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Data Management, Reporting, and Analytics: Ensure data accuracy and database integrity; define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); and produce regular performance reports to analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI, guiding strategic adjustments.
  • Manage Vendors, Marketing Systems, and Tools: Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors and tools, negotiate contracts, oversee set-up and maintenance and monitoring performance to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Rheem and Rheem Air Distribution marketing teams, as well as purchasing, sales, and accounting teams at 2J Supply to ensure data flow, alignment on goals, and resource-sharing across departments.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Continuously review and optimize processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enable scalability as the marketing function grows.
  • Event Planning and Promotional Items: Plan and execute dealer meetings/events. Work with vendors to create and distribute promotional items and apparel.
  • Special Projects Preparation for Leadership: Prepare board meeting data and presentation materials on behalf of senior leadership teams.
  • Other duties as assigned: Additional role requirements may emerge and will be added to the scope of duties.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree in Marketing or Business is preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing in a B2B capacity, preferably in wholesale distribution and/or HVAC.
  • Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal direction while using sound judgement and employing exceptional decision-making skills.
  • Superb communication skills with the ability and desire to influence and lead a team
  • High level of organization and follow through; Ability to own and lead multiple projects and priorities while delegating tasks when necessary.
  • Capability to foster beneficial working relationships with customers, vendors, and employees while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Excellent people management skills, including employee and customer relations, recruiting, training, and development.
  • HVAC product and/or industry knowledge a plus.
