Job description

Your mission
  • Sales of JA Solar PV modules within the distribution channel in France.
  • Managing existing customers and accounts.
  • Acquisition of new customers and building stable sales relationships.
  • Promoting sales and drafting sales plans under overall targets.
  • Negotiations on prices, volumes, and contract terms with customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination with internal departments for presales, sales execution, and aftersales.
  • Participating in events such as fairs, conferences, seminars, symposiums, and promotional campaigns.
  • Supporting order execution as needed.
Your profile
  • Completed studies in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or similar fields. Fluent in French and English.
  • More than 2 years of experience in PV module sales within distribution or at a PV Distributor/Wholesaler.
  • Strong teamwork awareness, excellent communication and negotiation skills, customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
  • Technical background in solar energy is a significant advantage, especially for a secondary role as a technical manager in the team.
  • Willing to travel.
