Job description

The proposed VISTA project aligns directly with the programming priorities of education and economic development in the Coastal Bend region. By focusing on building capacity to provide educational resources, skills training, and employment opportunities to disadvantaged individuals, the project aims to uplift the community and address poverty through sustainable means. By addressing the root causes of poverty and equipping individuals with the tools they need to succeed, E2E can continue to contribute to long-term economic growth and social well-being in the Coastal Bend region. The overarching goal of the VISTA project is to increase educational attainment, which will assist people in obtaining higher-paying jobs as their path out of poverty. VISTA members will address the needs of people living in rural Coastal Bend through a targeted approach that will empower individuals and communities in overcoming poverty.

Member Duties

The VISTA member will develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for our organization; create marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content; manage our organization's website and social media accounts, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics; assist in donor prospect research and help maintain donor database.
