The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports integrated marketing and communications initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring campaign activity is connected, visible and aligned with business priorities, brand standards and stakeholder expectations. This role manages assigned communications workstreams by bringing together line of business stakeholders, marketing partners and subject matter experts to assess campaign needs, evaluate options, recommend direction, align on timing and deliverables, and drive cross-channel execution. This position requires sound judgment, strong organizational skills and the ability to identify dependencies, raise potential impacts, provide thoughtful input and move work forward through aligned decisions. In addition, this role leads knowledge management processes, manages campaign and content information, uses AI-enabled tools and automation workflows to streamline processes, and manages internal email communications platform execution, reporting and related communications needs.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business or a related field and 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, campaign management, project management, content management or related roles; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with integrated marketing campaigns, internal email platforms, project management systems, content repositories, AI-enabled tools or corporate communications in a regulated industry is preferred.
