Marketing and Communications Data Analyst Student Assistant

Position Summary: The Marketing and Communications Data Analyst Assistant will assist in cleaning, transforming, and validating data to ensure high data quality and reliability, support the development and distribution of weekly reports by aggregating and analyzing data from Google Analytics 4, Sprout Social, and Meltwater, and create compelling visual representations of data using Tableau and Excel to help communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Data Cleaning & Transformation: Assist in cleaning, transforming, and validating data to ensure high quality and reliability. Gain experience with ETL processes and data wrangling techniques.
  • Weekly Data Reporting: Support the development and distribution of weekly reports by aggregating and analyzing data from Google Analytics 4, Sprout Social, and Meltwater. Learn how to automate reporting processes and interpret key metrics.
  • Data Visualization: Create compelling visual representations of data using Tableau and Excel to help communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Digital Analytics & Campaign Analysis: Gain hands‑on experience with digital analytics by analyzing web traffic, social media performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
