Publix Super Markets seeks a data analytics professional to support financial performance, marketing measurement and customer data insights. You will develop analytical solutions, deploy models, and translate outputs into actionable tools for decision-makers.

The role requires SQL, R, Python, advanced Excel and strong communication skills. Collaboration across marketing and enterprise teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, IT, CS, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent.
• 1 year experience writing SQL.
• 1 year experience writing R code or similar.
• Basic Python coding knowledge.
• Knowledge of data analytics and BI tools.
• Experience with advanced statistics and data modeling.
• Ability to apply research methods and develop recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and data visualization abilities.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult and provide research-based recommendations for Marketing Analytics.
• Develop and implement Analytical Solutions addressing business questions.
• Apply scientific methods to quantify experiments and report findings.
• Recommend personalization measurement and test strategies.
• Use data exploration, predictive modeling and time series analysis to derive insights.
