Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking a data analytics professional to support the supply chain with financial and operational reporting. You will develop databases, build queries, and deliver insight to drive fact-based decisions across multiple units.

The role emphasizes analytical consulting, KPI updates, and training of junior analysts, with travel and occasional extended hours as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree in finance or accounting with at least 4 years relevant experience.
• High School diploma with at least 6 years relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day responsibilities with minimal direction.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Analyzes data, identifies trends, and draws meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to interpret and explain financial information clearly.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare enterprise financial and operational reports.
• Develop databases, worksheets and queries for reporting.
• Summarize conclusions for ad-hoc business questions.
• Provide analytical and consultative services to supply chain teams.
• Support tactical projects and analytics needs.
• Provide KPI and economic performance updates for assigned areas.
• Train junior Business Analysts as needed.
