24 Seven Talent is seeking a Marketing Business Analyst for a remote engagement with a healthcare client. The contract is 3 months, 40 hours/week, with a potential for conversion, starting mid/late October.

The role emphasizes campaign reporting, marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and data-driven insights across multiple lines and channels. You’ll build dashboards and recurring/ad hoc reports using Excel and Power BI, own monthly reporting, and translate numbers into clear narrative for

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing analytics or related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Strong Excel skills and experience managing reporting deliverables.
Analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Own monthly campaign reporting and performance analysis.
Track campaign activity, KPIs, and performance across channels.
Build and maintain audience/campaign lists.
Create recurring and ad hoc reports with minimal oversight.
Analyze performance against benchmarks and historical results.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards/reporting using Excel and Power BI.
Partner with marketing and commercial teams to understand business goals and campaign outcomes.
Help tell the story behind the numbers and communicate what the data means to stakeholders.
