You will partner with Marketing leadership, Finance, and BI teams to develop reporting, analyze performance, and provide recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes. This role requires working from a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, marketing performance, reporting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing performance reports, dashboards, and executive-level metrics.
• Analyze campaign, budget, and business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Finance, BI, and business stakeholders to align reporting and measurement strategies.
• Support the development of enterprise marketing dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
• Establish and improve reporting processes that support a growing marketing organization.
