Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a data‑driven analyst to own reporting and dashboards for a marketing measurement team supporting vacation ownership brands. You’ll deliver numbers, dashboards, and explanations for stakeholders and become the go‑to resource for the attribution platform and AI tooling.

You’ll build and maintain recurring reports, answer ad hoc questions, ensure data quality, and run enablement sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Two+ years in reporting or marketing analytics.
• Hands-on with marketing data sources (GA, Google Ads, Meta Ads, ESPs).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for stakeholders.
• Answer ad hoc data questions and explain campaign performance.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and data quality before presenting.
• Own knowledge of marketing attribution tools and documentation.
• Run enablement sessions for team to use platforms
• Collaborate with platform vendor on configuration and features
• Test AI prompts and apply automation to reporting tasks
• Support campaign measurement and data quality for readouts
• Translate findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
