Job description

Overview

Lifeway is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Analyst to support digital campaign performance across Lifeway-owned platforms. In this role, you will leverage tools like Adobe Analytics and GA4 to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing campaigns—including ads, emails, and other key initiatives. Your work will enable data-informed decision-making and improve the impact of Lifeway’s digital strategies. This position requires deep expertise in web analytics and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

This is a remote position in the U.S with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote

Responsibilities
  • Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work.
  • Maintain digital analytics solutions involving Adobe Analytics and GA4 across Lifeway web properties, including ensuring tracking codes and generation tools are current. Create reports and dashboards as needed and ensure proper tracking for reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing business leads to meet requirements, ensure campaign data is accurately captured and clean, and work with vendors on digital projects and data extraction activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation regarding governance for analytics solutions and tag management.
  • Integrate data from business partner platforms and back-end systems with analytics to provide a comprehensive view of digital operations and marketing efforts.
Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Master's degree not required
  • Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.) not required

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required

  • 3+ years of experience with a Sales and/or Marketing Operations team
  • 3+ years of experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
  • 3+ years of reporting and data analysis skills, mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • 2+ years of experience with data storytelling using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
  • Proven expertise in campaign tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with data mining techniques
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products, including Marketing Cloud and reporting tools
  • 20 hours per week scheduled

Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church.
