Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Growth Marketing Manager. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, overseeing projects, utilizing web analytics, and implementing marketing automation strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Define and refine our positioning and messaging
• Set up and manage SEO
• Create and optimize landing pages
• Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, email, and search
• Write and publish high-quality content (blogs, customer stories, whitepapers)
• Collaborate with design/product on website, landing pages, and branding
• Launch and test paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google)
• Build early performance dashboards and track KPIs (leads, conversions, traffic)
• Work closely with founders to shape brand voice and go-to-market motion
