Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Internship or professional experience in data analysis or marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau.
• Basic data validation and structured problem solving concepts.
• Experience creating dashboards/reports to communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior, sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop understanding of customer acquisition, retention, profitability, and lifecycle performance.
• Prepare large datasets for reporting, analysis, and modeling.
• Extract, transform, and load data from databases, APIs, CRM, marketing systems, and internal apps.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations for clear insights.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses, segmentation studies, campaign evaluations, and A/B tests.
• Evaluate customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, and sales performance.
• Support forecasting and performance measurement with data-driven insights.
• Validate data inputs, outputs, and calculations for analytical accuracy.
• Document methodologies, rules, and data definitions for transparency.
