Job summary

NinjaHoldings is seeking a self-directed Data Associate to join the Marketing Analytics team. You will own analytics end-to-end, building Snowflake/dbt models and Periscope dashboards to power funnel reporting, diagnose drop-off drivers with SQL and Python, and translate findings into leadership-ready recommendations.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering to coordinate strategy changes, mentor junior analysts, and leverage AI tools with careful validation to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of data analytics experience.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python, and working knowledge of Snowflake/dbt.
• Comfort using AI/LLM tools with validation of results.

Responsibilities

• Own funnel analytics, monitor metrics, and report deviations with root-cause analysis.
• Analyze defined business problems using SQL and Python; quantify drop-off drivers.
• Build and maintain dbt models in Snowflake for marketing reporting.
• Develop and maintain Periscope dashboards for marketing funnel visibility.
• Present concise, actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering on strategy changes and post-release analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts and review code; verify AI-generated outputs.
