Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing analytics or business analysis
- SQL experience
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience with marketing analytics, ideally extracting data from Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in B2B marketing preferred
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Growth & Operations team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Measure and manage marketing funnel performance to improve conversion rates and identify areas for optimization
- Work on CxO / Industry Marketing analytics, as well as building an audience targeting tool and demand generation data cube
- Analyze and measure conversion rates through different funnel stages, fallout rates, and other key performance indicators
- Understand and recommend where the operating leverage is within the funnel and pipeline
- Utilize data analysis techniques to find relationships in the data, provide new insights, and identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct hypothesis testing to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and deliver data storytelling to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management
- Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling visuals and dashboards that provide insights and improve decision-making
- Use SQL scripts to extract and manipulate marketing data to enable analysis and reporting
- Develop recommendations and actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and tactics
