Responsibilities
Lead Market Intelligence Analysis and Reporting - Using SeaCube proprietary and third party data sources, develop and maintain detailed analytical models, dashboards, and reports which provide insights about customer, competitive, and market dynamics. Publish daily market surveillance updates to the SeaCube leadership team, providing clear, concise, and actionable reporting to senior management.
Maintain and administer Commercial Key Performance Indicators - Using SeaCube internal data, consolidate and track KPIs measuring business health. These KPIs are used to support regional and senior management decision making.
Perform Daily Management of the Sales Pipeline – Working cross-functionally and across several geographic regions, capture regional sales team input and maintain status updates for open commercial opportunities. Track, audit and manage the won, lost and abandoned account opportunity results using regional inputs and standard Salesforce reporting.
Complete Quarterly updates of Customer Valuation Ranking - Using SeaCube internal and third party data, maintain account scorecards that allow evaluation and ranking of key accounts to support strategic commercial decision making.
Support Financial Analysis for complex and/or high-value Commercial transactions - Work with the Pricing Manager and Director of Marketing to gather data, perform economic return analysis, and provide recommendations for complex, high value commercial deals.
Develop and maintain customer and marketing presentations - Develop and maintain Power Point presentations to support field sales team meetings with customers.
Provide support to the regional offices for weekly account development activities linked to new and adjacent business opportunities - The Marketing Analyst will assist regional offices in developing weekly new business opportunity target account solicitation strategies and adjacent business opportunity follow up, including the domestic leasing segment opportunities.
Qualifications Required
Degree in Business, Economics and/or related discipline
1‑3 year’s work experience, ideally in Sales / Marketing / Business Analysis.
Demonstrated competence in the use of software tools for data extraction, manipulation, analysis and presentation (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Proficient with MS Office, Excel financial modeling, MS Excel macros/formulas, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Database structure familiarizing with workflow design is helpful but not required.
Database development and understanding of database structures.
Experience in MS Access is helpful but not required.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
