Job Description

Position: Marketing Analyst

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: 175 E. Old Country Rd, Hicksville, NY

Direct Client: Immediate interview

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop promotion and communication campaigns.
  2. Create, develop, and execute customer promotional campaigns to increase J.D. Power customer satisfaction and drive customer participation in online self-service products.
  3. Leverage market strategy, customer data, and research to develop customer communication initiatives.
  4. Create, develop, and execute new program promotions or customer incentives.
  5. Optimize communication channel mix for target audiences and budget efficiency.
  6. Work with vendors in executing customer communication campaigns.
  7. Create, develop, and maintain customer lists for marketing and other departments.
  8. Query internal databases (Micro-strategy, Data Warehouse, Siebel) to create targeted lists for marketing.
  9. Coordinate campaign incentive and promotional fulfillment with internal and external partners.
  10. Work with internal teams like Customer Intelligence to identify customer profiles and market segmentation opportunities.
  11. Identify data-mining and market research opportunities to improve marketing efficiency.
  12. Utilize research tools like J.D. Power and Customer Contact surveys to identify satisfaction gaps and develop solutions.
  13. Through data mining and research, identify new product or service opportunities.
  14. Develop new and creative customer communication initiatives leveraging market research.
  15. Proficient in digital marketing channels and outreach strategies.
  16. Collaborate with support areas, including third-party advertising agencies, corporate communications, call center personnel, etc.
  17. Assist in developing an annual marketing plan.
  18. Develop strategies and tactical plans to meet program goals and metrics.
  19. Research industry best practices and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.
  20. Monitor the marketplace for industry trends and data.
  21. Measure and report on marketing campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
  22. Use in-house tools and databases to track and report on marketing efforts.
  23. Work with marketing communications to produce customer collateral and support materials.
  24. Monitor the relevance of marketing collateral.
  25. Collaborate on technology enhancements with Customer Intelligence, Systems Change & Implementation, and Technical Support teams.
  26. Manage market-specific budgets.
  27. Attend conferences and workshops on utility marketing, social media, or web utilization as needed.
