Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a Marketing & AI Transformation Program Manager to join the Marketing Strategy & Operations team. This role leads operational execution, coordination, and adoption of AI across Marketing, reporting to VP-level leadership.

You will run the AI Council, shape the transformation roadmap, design training, and drive KPI tracking, with hybrid onsite three days a week in Plano or Boise. Relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of program management experience focused on enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional councils or governance forums.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts to educate others and collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation; ability to drive a shared roadmap.
• Excellent communication to translate AI concepts into business terms for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Marketing AI Council: scheduling, agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain a prioritized AI transformation roadmap with cross-functional input; biweekly status updates to leadership.
• Define and manage intake processes for AI-enabled requests; triage to right teams.
• Collaborate with functional leads to identify, scope, and sequence AI use cases; translate capabilities into plans.
• Design and deliver AI training programs and self-service resources for marketing teams.
• Champion AI-driven ways of working through internal communications and change management.
• Develop responsible AI guidelines and SOPs; ensure alignment with AI policies.
• Define and track KPIs for AI adoption and ROI narratives.
