Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. is seeking a Marketing Analytics Engineer to strengthen data foundations for AI‑assisted insights. You will model data, validate AI outputs, and collaborate across marketing, IT, and finance to ensure a single source of truth.

You will work with Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI to build scalable dashboards and governance around lifecycle, attribution, and funnel conversion. Hybrid work in Plano, TX or Boise, ID is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data/BI, marketing analytics, or analytics engineering with data model ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend marketing data models in Snowflake with well‑documented definitions.
• Work within a layered dbt project following conventions for model structure and docs.
• Build and maintain self‑service dashboards and semantic models in Power BI and Snowflake Intelligence/Cortex.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues at the model level to prevent downstream problems.
• Support KPI and scorecard framework, ensuring consistent metric definitions across funnel and ROI reporting.
• Review AI agent outputs against source data to flag accuracy and hallucination risk.
