Job summary

Uniphore, a Business AI company, seeks a Director of Sales - Marketing AI to lead enterprise opportunities in the USA. You will own a direct territory and partner with direct reps to bring Marketing AI into large accounts, influencing CMOs and senior marketing tech leaders across multi-channel programs.

Expect eight-figure transformation deals and close collaboration with Product and Executive leadership. Travel is expected domestically and internationally as part of building executive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic or enterprise software sales.
• Direct experience selling marketing technology and Martech stack knowledge.
• Experience leading or closing eight-figure ($10M+) deals.
• Proven success selling to CMOs or equivalent buyers in large enterprises.
• Executive presence and strong negotiation skills.
• Consultative, value-based selling tied to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close enterprise pipeline across a direct territory and overlay to the core sales team.
• Sell to CMOs and senior marketing tech leaders through executive conversations.
• Position Marketing AI as the intelligence layer over Martech/CDP stacks and demonstrate ROI.
• Build the business case by mapping Martech architecture to expected outcomes.
• Orchestrate multi-threaded deals with Sales Engineering, CS, Product, and leadership.
• Maintain a well-qualified pipeline and provide accurate reporting.
