Job summary

ContinuumGlobal is seeking a Head of AI Products & Agentic Solutions to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our Smart Marketing Engine and Agentic AI Platform. You’ll align AI operating models with client requirements and build scalable AI-powered marketing capabilities for enterprise clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with strategy, engineering, and client services, and shape the future of AI-driven marketing operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise software, SaaS, or AI product teams.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, LLMs, and enterprise AI architecture.
• Experience across product, engineering, strategy, customer success, and sales in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable tech solutions and communicate them clearly.
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients, procurement, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Smart Marketing Engine and Agentic AI Platform.
• Prioritize investments based on client needs, market trends, and AI capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into the roadmap for client advantage.
• Define and measure product success through adoption, outcomes, and efficiency.
• Lead teams to design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows.
• Set governance, security, and lifecycle standards for the platform.
• Partner with leadership to translate operating models into scalable product capabilities.
• Support client engagements with product leadership and technical guidance.
• Represent the product vision to Fortune 500 clients and industry partners.
