Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of marketing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop strategic marketing plans across multiple channels
• Excellent project management and deadline discipline
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multi-hat responsibilities
• Experience with real estate marketing a plus

Aufgaben

• Deliver world‑class client service by consulting with agents to identify marketing needs and build strategic marketing plans
• Guide real estate agents through their marketing projects from concept to execution
• Coordinate with design teams and agents to ensure timely delivery of all materials
• Create and promote strategic marketing plans across branding, print, digital, social, and paid media
• Organize templated creative work (print ads, brochures) using InDesign
• Communicate and align Compass brand across agent campaigns and deliverables
• Analyze and optimize client marketing plans to improve future results
• Collaborate with advertising and media vendors to secure spend and local brand opportunities
