Compass, Inc. seeks a Marketing Advisor to join the team shaping agents’ marketing and branding projects from concept to execution.

You will deliver value that makes clients’ marketing efforts more efficient, impactful, and time-saving while collaborating with stakeholders to create offerings and strategies on a big-picture scale. Role is 100% in-office in Napa and Sonoma, requiring hands-on coordination with Compass’ design team and real estate agents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-focused marketing plans and execute campaigns to meet agents' needs.
• Guide real estate agents from start to finish with marketing projects.
• Learn and advocate Compass platform and its benefits.
• Promote products, tools, and programs to customers.
• Create strategic marketing plans across branding, print, digital, social, and paid media.
• Coordinate templated creative work like print ads using InDesign.
• Liaise between design team and agents for large projects and materials.
• Deliver personalized experiences and craft targeted marketing strategies.
• Analyze and optimize marketing plans to exceed agent expectations.
• Collaborate with vendors for advertising spend and opportunities.
