Job summary

Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton Main Campus invites adjunct instructors to join our flexible teaching team. This role supports various delivery formats (hybrid, in-person, and online) with an approximate 8.75 hours per week.

Essential duties include learning facilitation, assessment, curriculum development, classroom management, and student success initiatives. Staff collaboration and community engagement are also emphasized.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field is required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum of two (2) years full-time (or 4,000 total hours if part-time) of occupational experience in the program being taught.
• Proficiency utilizing learning management system and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learning facilitation across hybrid, in-person, and online delivery.
• Assessment of student learning and feedback to improve outcomes.
• Curriculum development and updating instructional materials to align with employer expectations.
• Classroom management including attendance and grade records, and safety.
• Engagement with division, department, and team activities and meetings.

Education

Associate's Degree in a related field
