Creating Results is a growing full-service strategic marketing and sales agency serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join the Account Services team, focusing on senior living and 55+ real estate markets.

You will work under guidance from account leads to ensure successful execution of client projects, serving as the primary liaison between the agency and clients to deliver high-quality marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or account service experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within time and budget.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for client project execution and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, kickoffs, and status meetings.
• Maintain quality of client deliverables and ensure alignment with plan.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and scope changes to stakeholders.
• Support Account Directors to maintain client relationships and meet objectives.
