Job Summary

Pets Best seeks a results-driven individual for the Marketing Account Executive role. This position involves maintaining client relationships and developing marketing strategies to drive sales and retention in pet insurance distribution. It offers a unique blend of relationship management and marketing, working cross-functionally to grow partner channels.

Main Responsibilities

Relationship Management (50%)

• Develop and sustain strong client relationships for satisfaction and growth.
• Act as the primary contact, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Conduct regular reviews to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate internally to ensure seamless service.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Track client feedback to improve service.
• Seek new business opportunities with partners.

Marketing (50%)

• Implement integrated marketing campaigns across partner channels.
• Design strategies to promote pet insurance and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage campaigns, including setup, tracking, and compliance.
• Contribute content for digital and print marketing materials.
• Coordinate marketing efforts for events and webinars.
• Work with marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years in account management, sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B2C marketing, insurance distribution, or agencies.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Digital marketing expertise.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and trend analysis.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
