South Ogden Post Acute in South Ogden, UT is seeking a full-time Marketer to develop and maintain relationships with patient referral sources in a skilled nursing facility setting. Qualifications

• Minimum one year prior medical facility marketing experience (SNF preferred).
• High School Diploma.
• Independently driven, self-motivated, research and identify best referral sources to send patients our way.
• Demonstrable positive outside sales history with meaningful customer relationships.
• Excellent writing skills are required.
• Self-directed and able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with patient referral sources to create a steady stream of referrals.
• Primarily outside sales/marketing activities with regular electronic communication to prospects/customers.
• Visit hospitals, physician offices, and other facilities that refer geriatric patients.

Job Description:

The Skilled Nursing Facility Marketer is responsible for establishing/maintaining strong relationships with patient referral sources to create a steady stream of patient referrals:

• This is primarily an outside sales/marketing position, but also requires regular electronic communication with prospective/existing customers
• Visit hospitals, physician offices, other facilities that refer geriatric patients
• Call on discharge planners, physicians, etc.
• Provide innovative marketing/activities ideas to increase community interest/involvement in our facility
