Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Market Talent Lead to guide regional instructor development and programming, ensuring a WOW experience in every class. You will recruit, train, and coach Instructors, coordinate with Marketing on branding, and manage regional talent pipelines to align with Barry’s standards.

The role requires full-time commitment, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates based outside Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain Instructor or personal training certification; CPR certification.
• Leadership and communication skills essential for regional talent teams.
• Ability to develop and coach Instructors to deliver the Barry’s WOW experience.
• Experience recruiting and training fitness instructors in a regional context.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Development to drive WOW experience in Red Room classes.
• Coach Instructors on community-building and engagement, including social media use.
• Partner with Marketing to create brand-aligned instructor presence and marketing strategies.
• Recruit, interview, and train new Instructors; manage pre/post-training processes.
• Own a minimum weekly class schedule and mentor new instructors.
