Job summary

Barry’s in West Hollywood is seeking a Market Talent Lead to guide regional talent, develop instructors, and ensure a WOW experience across Red Room classes. You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate instructors, and collaborate with Marketing and studio leadership to grow our brand.

This full-time role requires instructor or PT certification, CPR, and a proven fitness leadership track. Relocation support is available for candidates outside West Hollywood.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, 40 hours per week with weekend work.
• Must hold Instructor or personal training certification; CPR certification.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Experience leading group fitness or as a personal trainer.
• Minimum 1 year tenure at Barry’s with 576 classes taught, or 2 years external fitness teaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructor talent development and programming for the region.
• Coach instructors and build community through engagement and social channels.
• Partner with Marketing to grow brand-aligned instructor presence.
• Create WOW programming aligned with Barry’s guidelines.
• Attend weekly DOIT meetings and conduct quarterly team-building events.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate regional instructors; manage training pipelines.
• Own a schedule of 40 hours per week and ensure consistent WOW experiences.
