Job summary

Barry's in New York is seeking a Director of Instructor Talent to lead and optimize performance, development, and engagement of our instructor population across multiple regions. The role reports to the Senior Director of Talent and requires passion for the Barry's brand and a commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.

You will collaborate with People & Culture, Strategy, Operations, and Talent teams to implement talent strategies, DEI initiatives, and robust performance metrics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience in high-growth, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced industries such as hospitality, fitness, entertainment, or creative sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large teams, build talent pipelines, and drive employee engagement and performance.
• Demonstrated experience fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across organizational levels.
• A deep passion for fitness and the Barry's brand with a commitment to the company's mission.
