Job summary

Barry’s in West Hollywood seeks a Market Talent Lead to guide regional talent teams, develop instructors, recruit top talent, and ensure a WOW experience in each class. The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building, and program development across multiple studios.

Relocation is available for outside base areas. Responsibilities include weekly performance feedback, quarterly team events, and collaboration with Marketing to enhance instructors’ brand presence, while maintaining Barry’s MVV

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain Instructor or personal training certification; CPR certification; and experience leading group training.
• Availability for full-time work (40-hours per week) with weekend availability.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Instructor development to drive the WOW experience.
• Coach Instructors to build community and social media promotion.
• Recruit and train new Instructors in the region.
• Own a schedule of at least 12 Red Room classes per week.
