Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Durham, NC is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support preparation and presentation of salad bar items and side dishes with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards for inventory and freshness, tracking expiration dates, keeping kitchen areas clean, and completing opening/closing duties. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures quality of all inventory and fresh produce, including proper management of inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
