Grand Hyatt Vail, located at the base of Vail Mountain in Cascade Village, seeks a Market Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of a busy market, manage inventory, and ensure top-tier guest service in a ski-in/ski-out resort.

The role includes staff training, beverage preparation to menu standards, and contributing to overall outlet performance. Pay starts at 18.00 USD per hour with tips; full-time benefits include meals, parking, insurance, retirement, PTO and ski bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a high-volume market or outlet.
• Strong customer service mindset with guest-first approach.
• Clear verbal and written communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day market operations and inventory.
• Train and develop market staff to meet standards.
• Fulfill guest orders and maintain a welcoming, clean environment; assist with light cooking as needed.
