Autheo is seeking a Director of Market Structure, Liquidity & Exchange Operations. In this role, you will lead liquidity strategy and oversee market making across both CEXs and DEXs. Your primary objective will be to support exchange listings, token distribution mechanics, and internal expertise in market microstructure.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in capital markets or digital assets. Join a dynamic team already gaining traction in the blockchain space.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in capital markets, digital assets, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing or supporting token launches.
• Direct experience designing or managing liquidity pools on decentralized exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Lead exchange listing initiatives across digital asset exchanges.
• Design and manage liquidity pools across decentralized exchanges.
• Develop exchange liquidity strategies supporting healthy order books.
