Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related; 3 years in sales strategy, commercial operations, business analytics or market intelligence in the IVD industry.
• Use Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Utilize SAP Business One for reporting, pricing analysis, contract management, and master data accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and related reports.
• Aggregate data to drive decisions with senior leadership via visualizations; collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial teams with enhanced visibility into sales performance.
• Deliver market intelligence, strategic guidance, and support for QBRs and ad hoc initiatives.
• Lead process automation and optimization to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between sales and internal departments.
• Align cross-functional teams to support nationwide commercial success.
• Define project goals, timelines, and resource needs with stakeholders.
• Develop charters, action plans, and monitor milestones with structured PM.
• Conduct break-even and market analysis for product initiatives.
• Develop automated tools for price updates across US, Canada, and IDS client base.
• Collaborate on pricing and data projects involving SAP reporting and validations.
