CPL is seeking a Market Sector Principal - Landscape Architect to lead our landscape architecture practice, mentor teams, and drive growth. You will guide technical standards, pursue new business, and ensure high-quality project delivery while collaborating with CPL leaders on annual plans and client strategies.

You will build relationships, manage resources, supervise project managers, and advocate sustainable design, influencing outcomes across regional and national projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in landscape architecture with Studio/Practice Manager experience.
• Licensed Landscape Architect with multi-state eligibility.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and client-facing skills.
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
