Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to lead Direct Store Delivery initiatives in our Ohio market. You will drive growth for flagship brands and establish store-level plans that align with zone objectives, while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

3–5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
English language proficiency and ability to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales objectives by leading Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) in the market.
Establish store-level growth plans aligned with Zone revenue and freshness goals.
Communicate plans and conduct quarterly reviews with business partners.
Execute growth opportunities to increase market share for strategic brands.
Utilize sales data tools to drive decisions with frontline salespeople and grow displays.
