Job Description

The Market Lead acts as a liaison between Market team members and the Market Manager to ensure proper stocking and attractive display of merchandise. The role promotes exceptional guest service, leveraging interpersonal skills and product knowledge to drive sales and guest satisfaction. Reports to the Market Manager.

• Stock, rotate, and face products according to standards
• Collaborate with Warehouse to maintain stock levels and organize storage
• Follow inventory procedures, verify deliveries and invoices
• Delegate tasks, supervise, train, and motivate Market Associates
• Maintain accurate signage, pricing, and labeling
• Rotate products using FIFO standards
• Inspect shelves and remove expired or damaged items
• Communicate needs and issues to the Market Manager promptly
• Assess food waste and coordinate donations
• Partner with Guest Relations, Grocery, and Events teams for product demos
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment, complying with regulations
• Perform light cleaning duties as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in grocery
• Proactive with multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Italian food and beverage preferred

Job Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting
• Use of hand truck, cart, box cutter, ladder, and cleaning supplies
