Produce Retail Supervisor - Eataly Aventura

Join Eataly as a Produce Retail Supervisor in Aventura, FL, and lead our fresh produce department with passion and expertise. We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee stocking, display, and customer service, ensuring high standards of quality and freshness. Reports to the Fresh Market Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Stock, rotate, and face fresh produce, maintaining quality and reducing shrinkage.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and handle special orders.
3. Receive and verify product deliveries, ensuring accuracy and freshness.
4. Maintain attractive visual displays, signage, and floor sets.
5. Ensure FIFO rotation and organize back stock effectively.
6. Communicate with customers about products and events to promote sales.
7. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
8. Report produce needs or issues promptly to the Market Manager.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in grocery or retail preferred.
• Strong understanding of instructions and basic math skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for up to 8 hours.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
