Staffmark Group is seeking a Market Research Analyst to join our Plano, TX team on a fully on-site basis. You will forecast marketing and sales trends, conduct consumer research, and develop data-driven strategies.

Strong skills in Excel and dashboard tools will be essential as you collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver actionable insights. The role requires 2–5 years in competitive analysis or market research, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to translate data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in competitive analysis, market research, or related fields.
• Proven Excel, data analysis, and visualization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex information.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing data.
• Research consumer opinions and marketing strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Develop data collection methods like surveys or polls and analyze results.
• Gather data on competitors and analyze prices, sales, and marketing.
• Measure effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communications programs.
• Create procedures for identifying advertising needs and opportunities.
• Direct trained survey interviewers and oversee data collection.
• Conduct competitive analysis of mobile, home entertainment, and digital appliances sectors.
• Analyze data from market reports and internal databases to identify trends.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager of Competitive Intelligence on adaptive initiatives.
