Responsibilities

• Coordinate banking efforts within a geographic market with retail, wealth management, ag banking, and credit risk leadership.
• Develop and execute local market strategies and drive sales and market management activities.
• Oversee development and growth of new business through external programs aligned with the business plan.
• Manage asset quality by partnering with credit risk to ensure effective portfolio risk management.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships to achieve business growth and regulatory compliance.
