Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Prefer 10 years banking experience and 5 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality and service are maintained across banking processes; supports and monitors sales activities.
• Implements bank business plan by planning and directing financial policies to meet regulatory and financial objectives.
• Maintains commercial loan portfolio and serves on the loan committee; may chair when needed.
• Directs bank management staff through performance appraisals, training, and administrative decisions.
• Keeps current with industry knowledge and participates in product pricing and marketing.
