Simmons Bank seeks a Market President to grow and maintain a large base of commercial clients in local markets. This role focuses on relational selling, advising clients on Simmons Bank products, and driving loan, deposit, and fee income growth.

The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and compliance with bank policies. Local market knowledge and a proven sales record are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Two to four years lending experience with strong sales skills preferred.
• Experience in local market preferred for better understanding of lending environment.

Responsabilités

• Strategic focus on commercial client activity through relational selling as a trusted advisor.
• Establishes and negotiates terms under which commercial credit is extended.
• Responsible for deposit and loan growth.
• Identify and refer SBA opportunities.
• Review financial information to determine creditworthiness.
• May present recommendations to loan committee.
• Responsible for profitability of commercial relationships within the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with loan policies and procedures.
