Qualifications

• MD with at least 10 years of executive or senior healthcare leadership experience.
• Master's in health administration or related field with strong leadership and provider engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive short- and long-term Market strategy for physician and APP integration and partnerships.
• Direct market budget responsibilities and communicate priorities to achieve goals.
• Lead workforce planning and alignment across employed, contracted, and academic affiliations.
• Oversee ambulatory strategy, staffing, performance metrics, and data integration.
• Manage a network of hospital and clinic-based physician practices to enhance access and quality.
• Represent physician enterprise in market and payor strategy, including JV and academic partnerships.
